Tomatoes Provencale

6 ripe tomatoes
6 T crumbs
1 T minced garlic
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 t. dried thyme
1/4 c. olive oil

Cut out core and stem end of tomatoes. Split tomatoes in half. Combine ingredients and sprinkle over tomatoes. Pour on oil. Bake 10 min. at 450.
